Vintage Absolution "Temperance Records" T-Shirt

Aboslution was a New York hardcore band formed in 1987. The band was a part of the late 80s NYHC scene that were documented in the New Breed tape comp, a perfect way to explain the new group of bands popping up in the City. Singer Djinji Brown and guitarist Gavin Van Vlack, later of Burn, played a frantic style of hardcore with plenty of tempo changes and twists and turns. Besides their New Breed appearance, the band released a 7" on Combined Efforts. Temperance records released their discography in 1997, which was also filled with demos and live sets. This original two-sided Absolution shirt, deadstock with tags still attached, is from their discography release on Temperance.
