Queensrÿche, the Washington-based metal outfit, released their fourth album Empire on EMI in 1990. The record was a huge hit both commercially and critically. It was nominated for multiple Grammys and went three-times Platinum. In 1991, the band went on an extensive run they dubbed the Building Empires tour in support of the album. This was the beginning of the band's mainstream success, which they have held on to ever since. They are still active today, even without Geoff Tate singing for the band anymore. But you can't get this shirt at the merch table now. This original Queensrÿche shirt, nicely worn in and faded with tearing along the backprint, is from their with Suicidal Tendencies in 1991 in support of Empire.
