Willy Wise is a boxer from Virginia. He fought as an amateur throughout the 1980s going 87-10 before turning pro. Once professional, he went 26-11 and famously upset Julio César in their 1999 fight. Wise also won the IBO Champion Belt in 2000. He ultimately retired in 2003. This original Willy Wise shirt, lightly worn in great condition, is a vintage promotional tee from the Virginia boxer.
