Stephen Rosser is an artist from Southwest Oklahoma. He obtained his M.A. at the University of Tulsa. Rosser has been a professional artist for over 25 years, notably creating the album art for the The Nitty Gritty Band's 1987 album Hold On. This vintage shirt, deadstock with a few light spots from prolonged storage, features Stephen Rosser's art in his western folk style.
