Vintage Pitt Panthers "Collegiate Striped" Knit Shirt

The University Of Pittsburgh was founded in 1787. It has grown from humble beginnings as a preparatory school in a log cabin to a massive institution of higher learning with nearly 30,000 students. The school as we know began in 1908, when they renamed the Western University Of Pennsylvania as The University Of Pittsburgh. This is when Pitt moved to its current site and began creating the campus that is still in use to this day. Around this time, the school adopted a new mascot as well: the Panthers. The Panthers are the school's decorated, Division I athletic teams. They have won national championships in football, basketball, track and field, wrestling, and more. This vintage University Of Pittsburgh Panthers striped knit shirt, lightly worn with a few light marks, is perfect for any fan or alumnus.
