New Order, the post-Joy Division band founded by Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook, Stephen Morris, and Gillian Gilbert in 1980, released Get Ready, their seventh album, in 2001. The band had taken a significant break after their last record which was released eight years prior. After having some time apart, they got back together and returned with a new record that was, somewhat surprisingly, focused on guitar again. The record was a hit, going to #6 in the UK and #41 in the States. While New Order was obviously well-established and -regarded at this point, it was an album of first and lasts for the band. It was their first and only time working with Reprise, who handled the release in the States, and it was also their last time making an album with the original lineup. Gillian Gilbert left for a period, and after that Peter Hook left. They are still active to this day. This original three-sided New Order shirt, in excellent condition, is from the release of Get Ready
