Folk musician Michelle Shocked released her third album Captain Swing in 1989. The record was named after the English rebel leader of the 19th century Swing Riots, and the political theme was also picked up for their tour merch in support of the album. The record went to #95 in the US and #31 in the UK. This original Michelle Shocked shirt, deadstock in excellent condition, is from her 1989 tour in support of Captain Swing.
