Vintage Metallica Rules! "Till Death Do Us Part" T-Shirt

Metallica formed in 1981. Just a few years later, the thrash metal band was the biggest on the planet. They helped usher in a new era of music, fast and no thrills with a healthy dose of pessimism, this style of metal was perfected by James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, and Kirk Hammet. Their bassist Cliff Burton tragically passed away in a bus accident in 1986. He was replaced by Jason Newsted as the band continued on, but their personal dynamics deteriorated over time. Despite their unprecedented success in the 1990s with the release of The Black Album, the band had an internal struggle which resulted in Newsted leaving before the recording of St. Anger, which resulted in the soul-searching documentary Some Kind Of Monster. Since then, Metallica found a new bassist in Tony Trujillo and have continued on, still selling out stadiums and ruling the world. This original Metallica shirt is in great condition with minor fraying and tearing on the back side of the shirt.
