Mel McDaniel was a country singer and guitarist from Oklahoma. He signed with Capitol Records in the late 1970s and began cutting singles and albums immediately. McDaniel would go on to make albums like I'm Countryfield and Let It Roll and score number one hits with songs such as "Louisiana Saturday Night" and "Baby's Got Her Blue Jeans On." He was inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall Of Fame in 2006. Sadly, McDaniel passed away in 2011. This original Mel McDaniel shirt, deadstock in great condition, is 1989, the same year he released the album Rock-A-Billy Boy.
