Maxell is a Japanese electronics company. While they have made many different products, they were well-regarded and -known for their production of cassette tapes. Those blanks tapes were used by everyone from fans to bands themselves to share and spread music. Maxell still manufactures cassettes to this day, even though it is not the preferred medium of music sharing anymore. This vintage two-sided Maxell ringer is in good condition with light wear and marks on the front and back side of the shirt.
