Kill Bill is a movie written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. It was his fourth movie and it debuted in 2003. Tarantino had already made a name for himself as one of Hollywood's best directors, with films like Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, and Reservoir Dogs. Kill Bill was unlike his previous work, pulling influence from spaghetti westerns and samurai films to create a unique and captivating story that only Tarantino could tell. It starred Uma Thurman as the bride, Lucy Liu as O-Ren Ishii, and David Carradine as Bill. The movie's run time was originally over four hours and so it was split up into two movies. The sequel, Kill Bill: Volume 2 was in the theaters only a year later. The first in the series made over $180 million at the box office. This original Kill Bill promo shirt, lightly worn in excellent condition, features a quote from Tarantino's 2003 movie.
