Goldberg began wrestling with World Championship Wrestling in 1996 after a failed stint in the NFL. He went from new guy to undefeated champion at lighting speed, perhaps due to his aerodynamic and utilitarian black spandex. His finisher was called the Spear and it's just as it sounds: Goldberg would leap towards you making his body completely horizontal to the ground and tackle you right into the matt.
