Eleventh Dream Day released Beet, their second album, in 1989. It was the Chicago alt band's major label debut, as they had signed to Atlantic after a short stint on Amoeba Records. While the band would only stay with Atlantic for a few more years, they have continued on ever since with a mostly original lineup (Rick Rizzo, Doug McCombs, and Janet Beveridge Bean have never left) and have released albums with various indie labels. This original Eleventh Day Dream shirt, nicely worn in great condition, features a Joe Sacco-illustrated reference to the band's song "Bomb The Mars Hotel" from their album Beet.
