Vintage Pushead "Donington 1995" Long Sleeve Shirt

The Monsters Of Rock Festival began in 1980 at Castle Donington in England. As its name implied, the music festival brought together some of the biggest names in hard rock and heavy metal together on and off since its inception. In 1995, the festival took place at the typical Castle Donington site although the name was slightly different because of the headliner. Metallica, who was at the top of the bill for the fourth time, was in the studio working on what would become Load and agreed to headline only if they were in charge of curating the lineup, so what was normally Monsters Of Rock became Escape From The Studio at Donington. Metallica brought together an eclectic group of bands for the fest: Slayer, Corrosion Of Conformity, White Zombie, Slash's Snakepit, Therapy?, Skid Row, and more. And to make it a proper Metallica-run fest they even had their legendary collaborator Pushead do the art. This original Donington 1995 festival long sleeve is in deadstock condition.
