Bolt Thrower were an English death metal band. The group formed in 1986 playing a different style of aggressive music, but quickly settled into their own only a few years into their career when they released their debut album in 1988. Three years later, they released their third album, War Master. The record also reprised title track from the Cenotaph EP which was released the year prior. Bolt Thrower toured constantly and continued releasing music over their 30 year history before ultimately breaking up in 2016 after Kearns's passing. This original Bolt Thrower shirt from 1991, with a small hole on the backside and a faded Earache tag, features the art to War Master.
