Black Ski is a Washington, DC-based non-profit ski club with the goal of being "the premier ski & snowboard club for people of color in the Washington, DC metropolitan area." They've been active since 1972. Black Ski hosts ski trips and other events. Luckily for you don't have to be a member to wear this vintage Black Ski t-shirt, lightly worn with a small hole, which features their amazing logo.
