Revelation Records is a hardcore label. Founded in 1987 by Youth Of Today's Ray Cappo and Jordan Cooper, the label originally focused its efforts on documenting the hardcore scene in New York City. Ray and Jordan were both from Connecticut, and the label was based out of New Haven, but the scene was in the city, with bands like WarZone, Sick Of It All, Gorilla Biscuits, and more. Ray left and Jordan eventually moved the label to California, but along the way they put out seminal records from a wide ranging group of bands from the likes of Texas Is The Reason, Into Another, Rage Against The Machine, and more. This original Revelation Records poster from the 90s, in great condition, advertises three iconic reissues from the label: Sick Of It All, Side By Side, and No For An Answer.
