Vintage Scratch Acid "Record Release" Flyer

Notify me when this product is available:

Austin, TX noise rockers Scratch Acid were founded in 1982. After some lineup shuffling, with David Yow moving from bass to vocals after their original singer quit, the band began making records for Austin-based label Rabid Cat Records. They released their debut self-titled EP in 1984, an eight-song effort that notably wound up on Kurt Cobain's favorite albums list. To support the release, the band got out on the road in 1985. They ended up recording another EP and LP, eventually ending up on Touch And Go before disbanding in 1987. Members went on to form Jesus Lizard and other bands. This original Scratch Acid flyer, in great condition with a some edge wear including a chunk out of the top center and some yellowing and creasing, is for the record release for their 1984 self-titled record.
