Vintage Red Hot Chili Peppers "Atlanta, GA" Metroplex Fishbone Show Flyer

Red Hot Chili Peppers are a funk rock band from Los Angeles, CA who formed in 1982. The band in its current iteration is a legacy act, selling millions of records fo decades and filling out stadiums when they come through on tour, but, like everyone, they started from humble beginnings, just not for very long. By the time they played the Metroplex in Atlanta, GA in May of 1988, they might not've been a household name but they were about to become one. It was the end of their original era, as Hillel Slovak and Jack Irons were still on guitar and drums, respectively. Slovak tragically passed away in June of 1988 and Irons quit shortly after that, which then brought in the era that most people know: John Frusciante and Chad Smith. This original Red Hot Chili Peppers flyer from their show on May 7th, 1988 at the Metrpolex in Atlanta, GA with Fishbone and Thelonious Monster is in good condition with a few small tears and repairs on the backside.

Dimensions: 8.5" Wide by 14" Long
