Vintage Black Flag "Portrait" Poster

Notify me when this product is available:

Black Flag area hardcore band, one of the first and one of the best. They were founded in 1976 in Hermosa Beach, CA by guitarist Greg Ginn and singer Keith Morris. This classic lineup only lasted a few years as Morris left and formed Circle Jerks, but Ginn and slowly-rotating lineup of other musicians eventually landed on a new singer: Henry Rollins. It was with Rollins that they recorded their debut LP Damaged, a monumental release for the scene, and then quickly transitioned into a prolific free jazz-inspired dissonant rock group. The band eventually split but have been reformed by Ginn since with various different singers and musicians. This vintage Black Flag poster, in great condition with some slight wear on the left side of the poster, features a portrait of the band from their early 80s period with Rollins, Ginn, bassist Chuck Bukowski, and drummer Bill Stevenson.

Dimensions: 23.75" Wide by 33.5" Long
