Aliens, the second movie in the Alien franchise, was released in 1986. It saw Sigourney Weaver reprising her role as Ellen Ripley and was written and directed by James Cameron, his third film. The movie, like its predecessor, was a big budget action movie, but it was loved by fans and critics alike. It even earned Weaver an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress. This original Aliens poster, in great condition with one very small tear at the bottom, advertises the new film and the VHS release of the original Alien film.
