While they may seem the norm now, hardcore festivals in 2003 were not really ubiquitous. In the States we had Bobb Mac's Positive Numbers Youth Crew Festival in Wilkes-Barre, PA (the best fest of all time) and Hell Fest, and there were a few more throughout Europe, like Fluff Fest and Groezrock. In 2003, France's Hardcore Nantes Fury Fest tried to throw a huge hardcore-centric fest with bands like Youth Of Today, Madball, Entombed, 25 Ta Life, and many, many more. They even made a DVD of the fest (included below for your viewing pleasure). This original Hardcore Nantes Fury Fest crewneck, deadstock in excellent condition, is a vintage piece of merch from the now-defunct French hardcore festival.
