Vintage Nausea "Someone Killed The Dove" T-Shirt

Nausea were a hardcore band from New York founded in 1985. While the city and scene were returning to a traditional hardcore aesthetic after flirting with some metal, Nausea went the opposite direction. They were a crust punk band playing political songs. While their output was small — an LP, two 7"s, and some comp appearances (including a track on Revelation's seminal New York Hardcore: The Way It Is) — they left a serious mark on the scene, one that was a little more rough around the edges, maybe even dirty. Members of Nausea went on to play in Maximum Penalty, Jesus Chrust, and Soulfly. This original Nausea shirt, nicely worn in and faded, is an early tee from the New York punks.
