Norwegian black metal greats Immortal were founded in Bergen, Norway in 1991. The band was founded out of the ashes of other notable early Norwegian bands, but Immortal, which was simply made up of members Demonaz and Abbath, found their own style, pulling in influences from American death metal and European extreme metal. They released their second album Pure Holocaust in 1993 through the Osmose label. They are still active to this day. This original two-sided Immortal shirt, worn with fading and a small hole repair near the print, is an early piece of merch from the Norwegian black metal group.
