Carcass, the death metal band from Liverpool, were founded in 1986. They started off their career releasing record after record in quick succession, three LPs in four years, plus various EPs in that time as well. In the early years, they were releasing everything with the seminal Earache label. In 1993, the band rebased their fourth album Heartwork, a fan favorite. It featured album art from H.R. Giger and was released by Columbia Records in the States, the band's only major label release. This original Carcass four-sided long sleeve, with light fading near the pit areas and a small pinhole/bleach mark near the bottom seam,  is from the release of their album Heartwork in 1993.
