Trouble are a doom metal band from Auroro, IL founded in 1979. The band began taking influences from some of metal's biggest names, like Black Sabbath and Judas Priest, but stumbled upon something that was almost theirs entirely: a slower, meaner form of metal that was equally influenced by psychedelia as it was hard blues-influenced rock. They have remained active ever since their founding, although they have had many changes along the way. Guitarists Bruce Franklin and Rick Wartell have remained a constant the entire time, though. And original singer Eric Wagner recorded almost all of the band's records and spent 20 years with them. This original Trouble shirt, lightly worn and faded with excellent-looking print, is from one of the the band's many US tours.
