State of the Union, the second and final film in the XXX franchise, was released in 2005. Vin Diesel did not sign on for the SOTU and was replaced by rapper Ice Cube, who played Darius Stone as the lead role. Also starring in the film was Willem Dafoe, who has been in everything from blockbusters to Wes Anderson movies. This shirt is a promotional item from the release of the movie.
