On June 11, 1988, a march was held in both New York and San Francisco to advocate for peace. It was simply called the March For Peace. The organizers advocated to abolish nuclear weapons and stop military intervention, and to advocate for economic development and for social justice. All noble and important causes. The March For Peace featured amazing art from Keith Haring, the iconic artist known for his stick figures and advocacy. This original March For Peace shirt, deadstock in excellent condition, features great Keith Haring art on the back.
