New York Hardcore legends WarZone released their debut LP Don't Forget The Struggle, Don't Forget The Streets in 1988. The band, who formed in 1983, only had one release on wax prior to that, Revelation Records' first release, the Lower East Side Crew 7". The lineup had already changed many times over by that point in their history, but for the LP they had a solid crew of some of NYHC's finest. Lukie Luke from Gorilla Biscuits on drums, Paul and Crazy Jay Skin from Altercation on guitars, John Omen on bass, and, of course, Raybeez on vocals. The album was initially released on Fist Records but was quickly picked up by Caroline. WarZone continued on, releasing five more LPs during their time together and touring the world many times over. Sadly, the band ended when Raybeez died in 1997. They are still regarded as one of the best and most important bands in the history of the genre. This original WarZone shirt, from the late 80s with fading and light wear, features the band's iconic artwork to their 1988 album Don't Forget The Struggle, Don't Forget The Streets
