Troll Dolls, those little naked creatures with the wild hair, were founded in Denmark in 1959. They were extremely popular in the 60s, but their popularity came back in a major way in the next few decades which feels like their real heyday. You usually don't think of someone putting on the first Red Krayola album and petting their Troll while listening to it, spacing it. Rather, the image that usually comes to mind is someone in neon workout clothes holding their Troll tight while they watch The Breakfast Club or something. Trolls never went away though, they're still popular to this day with an animated movie franchise keeping them in the forefront of people's minds. But some of us like to remember them how they were back in the day still. This vintage 90s Troll Doll shirt, nicely worn and faded, depicts the toy having a nice day out on the beach.
