Summer Jam is an annual rap and hip hop festival held in New Jersey by New York's Hot 97FM. The fest has been happening since 1994. In 1999, the lineup included Jay-Z, 702, Ja Rule, DMX, Eve, Swiss Beatz, Method Man and Redman, Nas, Q-Tip, Msisy Elliot, Busta Rhymes, MC Hammer, and even more. This vintage shirt, in excellent condition, features a great illustration of a person, looking at you kind of quizzically, with big eye brows and a bushy goatee, underneath some classic 90s style graffiti, printed on both the front and the back.
