Mel Waiters is a singer from San Antonio, TX. He started performing in the mid 1980s, releasing singles on various labels before linking up with Waldoxy Records, with whom he released several albums and singles throughout the 90s and 2000s. On Sunday April 15, Waiters met up with T.K. Soul and O.B. Buchanan for a birthday bash for Sha-La and NATE. This vintage Globe-printed poster is in great condition with surface wear and tape residue.
