Vintage Jimi Hendrix "Band of Gypsys" Poster

Notify me when this product is available:

In 1970, guitarist Jimi Hendrix left the Jimi Hendrix Experience behind and started playing with some new musicians. With Billy Cox on bass and Buddy Miles on drums, Hendrix created an entirely new band, the Band of Gypsys. Their only album was a live recording cut on New Years Day 1970 at the Filmore East in New York City. The record was certified Gold only two months after its release and has since gone Platinum. This was Hendrix's final album, as he would tragically die only a few months after its release. We'll never know what Hendrix would've gone on to create, but thankfully he left us with so many great songs. This vintage promotional Jimi Hendrix Band Of Gypsys poster, in great condition with slight creasing, features a powerful pic of Jimi with his white Strat in the middle of what must've been an amazing solo.

Dimensions: 34.5" Wide by 57" Tall
