Happy Mondays are a rock band from Manchester, England. They were well known as an integral part of the Madchester scene, which combined elements of indie, acid house, and psychedelia to create something that was driving and danceable and melodic with electronic elements. In 1990, they released Pills 'N' Thrills And Beyllaches, their third album. It was released by Factory, who had released all the band's material up until that point. The album was the band's biggest hit, going Platinum in the UK and charting in several other countries. Happy Mondays broke up and reformed a few times, but have remained active into the current era. This original light green Happy Mondays long sleeve, with light fading and signs of wear, is from their tour in support of Pills 'N' Thrills And Bellyaches.
