Vintage Dire Straits "On Every Street" T-Shirt

Dire Straits, the British rock band, broke up in 1988 after a decade together. At the tail end of their original run, the band had risen to their highest heights, crafting an album that went #1 across the world and ended up selling off 30 million albums to date. Of course, the break up didn't last long. Just three years after their split, they were back together and in the studio. They produced On Every Street, an hour-long, 12 song album, their sixth. And of course, it was a huge success. It again went to #1 across the world and sold millions of copies worldwide. As they always did, Dire Strats went on a lengthy world tour in support of it, too. Sadly, they broke up after the album's release and subsequent touring, making it their last. Mark Knopfler went on to a successful solo career. This original Dire Straits shirt, lightly worn, is from the band's Italian dates in support of their 1991 album On Every Street
