In 1991, Diamanda Galás, the avant-garde musician, released a live album entitled Plague Mass. The record was made from two live sets from the previous year when she played Cathedral Of St. John Divine in New York City on October 12 and 13. Galás was dedicated to raising awareness for AIDS, both through her music and through activism. Plague Mass was released by Mute records and featured cover art shot by Tom Caravaglia. This original Diamanda Galás shirt, cut on the bottom seam but otherwise in great condition, is a promotional tee for the live album Plague Massfrom 1993.
