Depeche Mode are a band from Basildon, England. They formed in 1980 and have been active ever since, releasing 14 albums to date. The band plays a synth-driven style of electronic music with dark lyrics and melodies. Depeche Mode's core of Andy Fletcher, Dave Gahan, and Martin Gore has been in tact since the earliest days of the band, with the only main personnel change Alan Wilders' stint with the band that lasted from 1982 until 1995. In 1993, the band released Songs Of Faith And Devotion, their eighth album. Alan Wilder would leave the band after the Songs release and subsequent touring. This original Depeche Mode shirt, with a few imperfections displayed in photos, features a promo shot of the band including Alan Wilder from the Songs Of Faith And Devotion era.
