However, in 1990, The Supreme Court struck down FPA with their decision in United States V. Eichman, which stated the First Amendment supersedes the protections of the US Flag. This vintage single stitch shirt, with a bit of storage wear on the neck and body, is anti-flag burning, despite current US law.
