The Minnesota Twins are a baseball team. The team was originally founded as the Washington Senators (later the Nationals) in 1901 and moved to St. Paul/Minneaplos in 1961. They have always played in the American League. As the Twins, they have won two World Series titles. Because of the team's long and storied history, there have been many important players that have come through their dugout, including but not limited to Kirby Pucket, Frank Viola, and Gary Gaetti.
