Freaks is a movie from 1932 directed Tod Browning and written by Willis Goldbeck and Leon Gordon. The film, which is based in part on Tod Robbins's short story "Spurs," follow a group of sideshow performers as they try to kill a dwarf to steal inheritance money that he is owed. It was made before ratings were standardized in Hollywood, and thus it was made a little more disturbing than what people at the time were maybe used to. While this shocked audiences, it created some of the most terrifying scenes that the world has ever seen even into today. It has since become an incredibly popular cult film. This vintage Freaks shirt is nicely worn and faded.
