Elvis Presley is the King. Elvis came up in Memphis, TN cutting records at Sun and shook his hips into the hearts of the nation. Part of that had to do with his military service. Elvis joined the military in 1958, opting to join the service instead of being an entertainer as a part of Special Services. This made him a regular guy in the eyes of many and made him even more popular. He eventually transformed the state of music in the States, as he really solidified what rock n roll was. Unfortunately, Presley died in 1977 at the age of 42. This vintage Elvis single stitch shirt from the mid 90s, in excellent condition, features a portrait of the King during his military days in the late 1950s.
