DYS were a straight edge band from Boston, MA, one of the founding bands of the Boston Crew alongside SSD, Negative FX, and more. They were founded in 1983, making them one of the earliest straight edge band in the world. They released their debut album Brotherhood in 1983 on XClaim! Some scholarship has cited this album as the predecessor to the straight edge hardcore phenomenon hooded mosher. They released a second, self-titled album and went more in a rock n roll direction, but their earliest output is some of the best and most important hardcore ever written. This vintage DYS shirt, deadstock in great condition with light marks on the back due to prolonged storage, lets everyone know you're a member of the Wolfpack.
