Southern California thrash metalers Dark Angel released their sophomore album, Darkness Descends, on Combat. Shortly after the record's release, the band's lineup changed, losing singer Don Doty and bassist Rob Yahn. Doty was eventually replaced by Ron Rinehart who has stayed with the band even through their reunion years, and Yahn has been back since the reunion as well. While the group was never as popular as some of their contemporaries, they were influential on some of the biggest names in thrash metal and other metal genres. This original Dark Angel poster is in great condition, with folds and a cut corner as well as some minor wear, and comes with an unused florescent logo sticker and an original press sheet for the album.
