In 1994, the University Of Colorado At Boulder hosted the exhibit "Beats And Other Rebels: A Tribute To Allen Ginsberg." Ginsberg, of course, was the world famous American poet, one of the most important writers of the 20th century. He led the Beats, his crew of writers and thinkers that included other huge names like Jack Kerouac and Neal Cassady, into the forefront of the literary conversation. Ginsberg passed away only three years later in 97 at the age of 70, so this exhibition was indeed one of the last events of its kind that Ginsberg could attend and offer his own insight on. This early vintage Allen Ginsberg t-shirt, with a few marks and spots from prolonged storage, features a great portrait of Ginsberg by Francesco Clemente.
