Cold World "Self Titled" Bape Sleeve 23/27 7"

Notify me when this product is available:

Cold World, the hardcore band from Wilkes-Barre, PA, released their debut, self-titled 7" in 2004. The band was formed from a long line of hardcore bands from Wilkes-Barre, like Magnus and Frostbite, but were playing a style different than anything they'd done before. The songs were downtuned and heavy, with a kind of early 1990s NYHC groove as well as influence from hip hop, including lyrical references and scratching. Some people at the time were divided on if this had gone too far away from hardcore's original intent, but time has proven that CW were innovative and original. And as time has worn on, Cold World's influence has only grown. The shift towards heavy hardcore in the 2010s can be traced back to these early and raw songs. This original copy of Cold World's debut 7", in VG+ condition likely unplayed, is the extremely rare Bape sleeve version out of 27.

Condition: VG+ / VG+
