British extreme metal band Cancer formed in 1988. For their sophomore album, the band enlisted James Murphy from Obituary to play guitar and flew to Florida to record with Florida death metal legend Scott Burns. The record was titled Death Shall Rise and was released by Vinyl Solution in 1991. They have continued on to this day, despite two breakups with their original lineup intact. This original Cancer shirt from Direct Merchandising, nicely faded and worn, is from the band's European tour in 1991 in support of their second album Death Shall Rise.
